YES (subject to the definition of anti-terrorism cooperation agreements). Though there is not a specific bilateral anti-terrorist cooperation agreement mentioned between the PRC and Indonesia, there have been moments of bilateral cooperation and consultations between the two countries. Furthermore, as members of larger intergovernmental organizations that have commitments to anti-terrorist efforts (APEC, United Nations, ASEM, etc.) the PRC and Indonesia can be considered to have entered into cooperation agreements on combatting terrorism, though not bilaterally.

At present there is no specific cooperation between Romania and China on counter-terrorism. The same is the situation at European level, due to the fact that China's definition of terrorism is vague. In addition, charges of terrorism are often used arbitrarily and retroactively by China against protesters and minority rights supporters, for example in Xinjiang, Tibet and Hong Kong.
