Based on my experience as a researcher, and knowledge with different stakeholders, I can confirm that many DRC officials have travelled to China with all expenses paid by chinese SOE. These trips are all of the economic nature. But since it's not public knowledge, we can't have links to back the information. But since the lack of evidence of PRC entities or connected individuals claiming that they have paid for these officials trip, the indicator will be changed to skip.
