Tirana has been city-twinned with Beijing since 2018. Earlier, in 2014 there have been talks between Durres and Ningbo officials in regard to twinning the cities, but no official document has been signed yet in this regard. However an agreement for friendly relationships and general cooperation has been reportedly signed in Ningbo in 2014. In 2015 Vlora was twinned with Yangzhou and in 2016 Fier was twinned with Lanzhou. Therefore this Indicator, deserves a "More than a Few" rating.
