This indicator cannot be applied to India as it shares a border with China and after the 2020 border clashes, there has been a number of meetings to de-escalate the situation and as such on both sides, they have been advocates for a friendly/peaceful resolution as well as being aggressive and taking a strong stand. As such, this is based on a situation and not about cooperation in the larger context.
