Since there are many similarities between the traditional festivals in Taiwan and China, so there are less groups holding activities on traditional holidays. However, many united front work related groups would coordinate with the local organizations and hold activities with clear united front work themes in Taiwan. For instance, in April 13 2019, Association for China's Peaceful Unification planned to hold the Peaceful Unification, Integration and Development Forum in Taichung, Taiwan. In November 2019, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, an organization overseen by the United Front Work Department, held shows on tour in different Taiwanese cities governed by the KMT mayors. In January 2021, there were elementary students in Taiwan participated in the Cross-Straits Teenager Good Family Traditions Writing Competition held by Pingtan government, which is the base of united front propaganda to Taiwan.

Except for this meeting between President Bachelet and the highest representative of the UFWD at the time, researchers found no other public info about UFWD members activities in Chile. Even though there are activities currently being held in Chile to celebrate Chinese festivities, such as the light festival or the Chinese Lunar Year, these events are openly organized by institutions such as the Confucius centers or the embassy, and therefore the seek to promote Chinese culture and perspective.

UFWD is not prominent in India and India doesn't have any prominent Chinese diaspora community which holds such community events.

In 2015, an Indian think tank from Kolkata organsied a visit from a Chinese delegation comprising GT personnel. They were takem to Tangra, the China town in Kolkata. I was present there as I was the interpreter. The diaspora in Tangra is mainly third or fourth generation and hardly speaks Mandarin. The Chinese side did ask me to ask them if they missed the 'motherland', the answer to which was "India is the motherland". There have been some of these visits, which, while not coordinated by the UFWD, still do take place. Influence operations in India follow a different model and not the one recognised in the West/East. There is no coverage in the media of this mentioned visit.
