In 2018 it was reported that 'there are exactly three Tibetans living in South Africa currently ... the Tibet Office in Pretoria remains open.' While it's not clear whether the SA government openly voiced support of the PRC's treatment, the continued denial of the Dalai Lama's visa seems to indicate a silent agreement.

Only a few public statements by Chilean authorities in relation to China’s policy on Tibet or the Dalai Lama have been issued in the last years. In a visit to Chile in 2006 (which lies outside the time scope of this study), the Dalai Lama’s delegation requested a meeting with then President Michelle Bachelet, but it was canceled at last minute because of internal pressure. Moreover, in 2008 after that year’s Tibet incidents, the Chinese ambassador of the time, Liu Yuqin, was interviewed and defended China’s position and condemned the reactions against her country. After asked to give their position, the Chilean Government said that they were sorry about what was happening in that area but that the Chilean Government agreed to and defended the One China Principle.

The joint statement has come out on June 14, 2022 (see the URL below) Romania was one of the 47 countries that signed the Joint Declaration on the Situation of Human Rights in China, which was read by the Netherlands at the UN Human Rights Council. The statement expressed "concern about the arbitrary detention of more than one million people in Xinjiang, along with concern about the widespread surveillance and discrimination against Uyghurs and other minorities, as well as severe restrictions on Uyghur culture and the exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the right to freedom of religion or belief." However, at home, unlike the parliaments of the Netherlands, Canada, France, among others, the Romanian Parliament has not adopted a resolution condemning human rights violations against the Uyghur population, much less describing them as genocide, as the Dutch Parliament did. Neither the Romanian Government nor the Romanian Presidency has taken a position. On the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the only reference to the Uyghurs is made in the context of the conditions of travel to China, with an official narrative from the People's Republic of China that the actions of the Uyghur minority are of a terrorist nature: "(...)Terrorist threats According to analyses carried out at the level of the Chinese authorities, mainly related to developments within the Uyghur minority, the risk of terrorist threats in China exists and remains high. (...)"
Supplementary Notes
Unlike the European Parliament, the Romanian Parliament has not adopted resolutions on the human rights situation in the Tibet Autonomous Region or on cultural genocide. There is no official position on this issue from the Romanian Presidency or the Government

The Dutch government says it raises human rights issues in bilateral meetings. There was some consternation in 2019, when the Dutch government did not mention Tibet in their new strategy regarding China. In a letter later that year, however, the minister of foreign affairs at the time did argue that the succession of the Dalai Lama should be a 'Tibetan affair' The latest joint statement came out on June 14, 2022 (see URL1 above).

We feel this questions is too loose. The question asks what stance "the country" has shown. The UK has demonstrated a wide range of stances from very many actors. There is an official line of the UK government that it recognises Tibet as part of the PRC but at the same time there is fierce criticism of the PRC on Tibet in Parliament. The stances are myriad and contradictory. Link Link
