In Germany there are at least 12 media organizations belonging to the 世界华文媒体 network. This is relatively large for a single European country. They are well networked in the PRC business and other communities here, and from there work with contacts in German society.

This question wasn’t completely clear to me. The following China 's media organizations are established in Mexico: Agencia de Noticias Xinhua, Diario del Pueblo, Radio Internacional de China, Revista China hoy y Siente China. If the question refers to “The World Chinese Media”, there’s a small piece of information in its page. There’s just one link for Mexico, and redirect the page to:墨华堂 - 认真地生活在墨西哥 (Link). When I was looking for information about this page, I found two other pages: 墨西哥 - 墨西哥华人网址导航_墨西哥网站大全_墨西哥购物网址_墨西哥旅行社_墨华网 (Link ) In this one, there’s a section called “China media organizations, but just one of the links opens. The World Chinese Media network has 5 major key news publications: Ming Pao, Sin Chew Daily, China Press, Guang Ming Daily, and Nanyang Siang Pau. Among these major publications, only Sin Chew Daily has published, printed, and circulated content throughout the country. On a minor note, Media Chinese has over 30 magazine titles comprising various topics. Yazhou Zhoukan, a Hong Kong magazine publication, introduced magazine subscriptions in Indonesia. There are also media organizations that have collaborated with organizations belonging to the World Chinese Media (Harian Indonesia). The Yinhua Daily news is a part of the world Chinese media network. the Yinhua Dialy news is one of Indonesia’s widely circulated Chinese newspapers in Indonesia. However, in recent times its number of readers has been declining thus making it less of an influence.

There are four UK-based media outlets identified on the World Chinese Media website: Guardian Chinese Network; British Chinese Times; British Overseas Chinese Newspaper; and British Chinese Business Daily. These news outlets, however, are no longer widely read, and the majority of their website links are either broken or are not maintained. There are some small scale publications with websites (such as Chinese Business Gazette, included in links below). More attention is paid to more mainstream PRC English-language media outlets, which are not solely focussed on the UK. Mainstream UK newspapers often comment on articles written in, for example, the Global Times.

A certain Ukraine Chinese Network exists that belongs to World Chinese Media, according to databases, but its presence in the public space is insignificant. Old info from before 2015 may be obsolete because a lot has changed meanwhile in the media landscape: first of all, disappearance of most printed newspapers and a shift in the public's media consumption as a result of various crises, the war and the moving of advertising in online. More recent analysis by Radio Free Europe has not detected a Chinese presence in the media space.

The structure section on the official World Chinese Media website contains no information that any organization from BiH is part of this network. The search in local languages also does not offer any data. Additionally, the only local online news outlet which reports on China (Kina Danas Link) was contacted, but they never responded to the question if they were members of the network.

The "no" answer, formally, is correct, but addressing the question of China media presence in France may require to mention the Paris-based 欧洲时报. Apparently not a member of 世界华文媒, its activity seems quite developed in France and in Europe. This is probably because the Ouzhou Shibao was established years before in France, where the Chinese community is often said to be the biggest of Western Europe.

World Chinese Media Network was founded in Toronto, Canada in 1998. It's the website lists media organizations (URL 1) that belong to the WCM. We could not find any Bangladeshi media's name on this network. We also noticed that some Bangladeshi media are invited by the Chinese Embassy or PRC related entities for different events. But they do not belong to the network. (see below URL 2 & 3)

Some online media (websites and Facebook groups) have been identified which may be Chinese media in Greece and which appear to belong to the World Chinese Media network. These include: 《希华时讯》 and 《希中网》(see URL above). However, it is not entirely clear whether these media really exist in Greece, or whether they are obscure websites based in China. For this reason, we have decided to skip this question.
